Barcelona faced Real Madrid in a pre-season match at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Barcelona secured a convincing 3-0 victory against their classic rival in an intense and thrilling game.
Both teams played openly, creating numerous goal-scoring opportunities. Barcelona claimed victory with goals from Ousmane Dembele, Fermin Lopez, and Ferran Torres.

Barcelona took the lead in the 15th minute through a well-designed set-piece that resulted in Dembele successfully finding the net past Courtois.
Five minutes later, Real Madrid had an opportunity to equalize when Ronald Araujo committed a handball inside the penalty box. However, Vinicius Junior's penalty execution struck the goal post.
In the 32nd minute, Real Madrid was awarded a free-kick taken by Rodrygo, but Ter Stegen managed to deflect the shot.
Madrid had consecutive opportunities in the 39th minute, but Tchouameni and Carvajal's attempts failed to become goals. Barcelona players protested strongly, claiming a foul on Ter Stegen prior to the situation.

Ter Stegen made a brilliant save in the 62nd minute, blocking Tchouameni's long-range shot.
In the 83rd minute, Real Madrid initiated a quick counter-attack. Vini won a duel against Eric Garcia and Roberto, but his low shot narrowly missed Ter Stegen's goal.
Toni Kroos' mistake in the 85th minute proved costly. Ansu Fati seized the ball and delivered it to Fermin Lopez, who ruthlessly fired a powerful shot, securing a 2-0 lead for Barcelona.
